Ratiomark Media ("we", "us") provides ICAI-compliant digital visibility services for CA and professional service firms. Services include website design and development, Google Business Profile setup and management, SEO, AEO, GEO, directory listings, and monthly content management retainers.
All services are delivered in accordance with the ICAI Code of Ethics and Council Guidelines for Advertisement. We do not conduct direct solicitation, produce misleading content, or publish prohibited material on behalf of any CA firm. Clients are responsible for reviewing all deliverables before publication.
Setup packages are delivered within 7 working days of payment confirmation and receipt of required firm information. Monthly retainer work is completed within each calendar month.
We aim to deliver 5–10 qualified local enquiries per month via your optimised digital presence. This is a goal, not a guarantee. If Month 1 delivers fewer than 3 measurable enquiries (tracked via GBP calls, form submissions, or directory contacts), we will extend the service by 30 days free of charge.
Either party may terminate monthly retainer services with 30 days written notice. One-time setup fees are non-refundable after delivery. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope within timeline, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
Ratiomark Media is responsible for delivering the agreed digital visibility setup. We are not liable for Google algorithm changes, GBP policy changes, ICAI regulatory changes, or client-side conversion rates after enquiries are received.
Both parties agree to keep all shared business information strictly confidential. We will not disclose client firm details to any third party without written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
